Target Audience: Faculty (all types) and staff (pay band 5 and above) who lead or manage individuals and/or teams in instructional, research, outreach, or administrative areas.

Leadership Development Workshops
Our customized Leadership workshops are designed to meet the unique development needs of those who lead and manage faculty and/or staff. The following workshops will be held on the Blacksburg campus in Spring/Summer 2008:
Leadership Certificate Program
Leaders who participate in the 2-day "Dimensions of Management for Successful Leaders" and any three of the one-day leadership training offerings listed above will receive the Virginia Tech Leadership Excellence Certificate. Your certificate will be mailed, and an e-mail will be sent to your direct manager that recognizes your comittment and continuing effort in developing your leadership excellence.
Spring/Summer 2008 Workshops
Most workshops cost $150.00 per day. Payment by departmental ISR or check (payable to Treasurer, Virginia Tech) should be sent to ULD, Campus Mail #0538.
